My immediately following telegram contains message from His Majesty The King to the liberated countries in the Far East.

It is desired to get this message passed as quickly as possibly to Hong Kong. Colonial Office are endeavouring to get this done through All-India radio but as this may not be practicable I should be grateful if you would endeavour to secure carly transmission by whatever local facilities may be available.
